This study investigates the influence of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning method on the learning interest and talent development of fifth-grade students in primary school. The TGT method, as a form of cooperative learning, combines academic achievement with engaging and interactive games, aiming to foster both cognitive and emotional aspects of student learning. By involving students in group activities and tournaments, the TGT approach is designed to create a dynamic learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, involving both pre-test and post-test assessments to measure changes in students' learning interest and talent development. The participants included a sample of fifth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and academic performance evaluations, which were then analyzed using statistical methods to determine the significance of the TGT method's impact. The findings revealed that the TGT learning method significantly enhances students' learning interest, making lessons more enjoyable and engaging. Additionally, the method stimulates talent development by providing opportunities for students to explore their abilities through group dynamics and competitive activities. This study highlights the importance of adopting innovative teaching methods like TGT to cater to diverse student needs and promote a more inclusive and motivating learning environment. The results underscore the potential of TGT in improving both academic outcomes and students' overall engagement with the learning process.
