Abstrak

The aim of this community service activity is to increase the capacity of teachers or educators at SMA Negeri 10 Medan through lesson study training. Talking and talking are the methods used. 22 teachers from various fields of study who currently work in schools attended this training. Lesson Study training consists of three stages: Plan, Do, and See. In the first stage, the teacher plans what will be studied, such as preparing learning tools and media that will be used for lesson study activities. In the second stage, the teacher acts as an observer or observer. In the third stage, the teacher carries out the implementation stage (Do). In the fourth stage, teachers and observers reflect on how these activities are carried out in class. These activities increase teachers' knowledge of lesson studies and give them new experiences. This allows teachers to improve their professional competence.
