This study aims to determine the implementation of individual/group guidance for elementary school students with behavioral problems at SD 090671. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of individual/group guidance can help students overcome behavioral problems and improve their social and emotional skills. The implementation of individual/group guidance can also increase students' self-awareness and help them develop strategies to overcome behavioral problems. This study also found that the implementation of individual/group guidance can improve the relationship between students and teachers, as well as increase teacher awareness of the importance of understanding students' behavioral problems. In addition, this study also shows that the implementation of individual/group guidance can help students improve their academic achievement and develop the skills needed for future success. This study concludes that individual/group guidance can be an alternative to help elementary school students with behavioral problems. Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to the development of guidance and counseling services in elementary schools.
