The implementation of the e-court system in Indonesia is one of the legal reform efforts to increase transparency, efficiency, and accessibility in law enforcement. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of e-court implementation by analyzing user satisfaction and its impact on the resolution of legal cases. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey data on 100 respondents and statistical analysis of cases resolved through the e-court and manual systems from 2018 to 2023. The results of the study show a significant increase in efficiency and accessibility through e-court, with average user satisfaction reaching 4.2 on a scale of 5. In addition, the number of cases resolved via e-court increased from 0 cases in 2018 to 1,600 cases in 2023. This study concludes that e-court plays an important role in supporting more efficient law enforcement, but challenges in infrastructure and human resource training must still be considered.
