Abstract

In this research, we question crimes against humanity that have occurred so far in Palestine. The aim of this research is to find out how legal protection is for civil society in cases of human rights violations according to international law that occur as a result of the dispute between Palestine and Israel. This research uses normative juridical methods and the type of data used in this writing is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained from the literature. The results of the research show that civilians, children, hospitals and civilian objects have received international legal protection, but Israel continues to attack civilians and prohibited objects. Therefore, it can be said that Israel has violated international humanitarian law.
