This study investigates the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on student engagement and learning outcomes at Delitua Catholic Private Elementary School. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analyses to explore how the integration of ICT tools enhances classroom interactions, fosters student motivation, and improves academic achievements. Data were collected through surveys, interviews, and observations involving teachers and students. Statistical analysis was conducted to measure the relationship between ICT utilization and student performance, while thematic analysis captured insights into participants’ experiences. The findings reveal that the use of ICT significantly enhances student engagement by promoting interactive and personalized learning experiences. Tools such as digital learning platforms, educational apps, and multimedia presentations contributed to improved comprehension and active participation. Additionally, students demonstrated better learning outcomes, particularly in critical thinking and problem-solving skills. However, challenges such as limited access to devices and technical support were identified as barriers to maximizing ICT's potential in education. This study highlights the importance of strategic ICT implementation to achieve educational goals, recommending ongoing training for teachers and investments in infrastructure. The results provide valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to integrate ICT effectively into the learning environment.
